I spent a delightful evening in Gromaca, Croatia in September 2005 at a Home Hosted Dinner, as part of a tour. At that time the village had a population of 110. They were still recovering from the damage that had been inflicted on them by a Serbian attack during the 1990’s war. The villagers are very friendly, but I do not know what there is to see there unless you were going to visit a family or you are looking for a reason to drive up into the mountains. It took less than an hour to drive there from Dubrovnik.
