Rogoznica
From Croatia
Rogoznica is a city located in the region of Sibenik. It is located south of the main coastal road in the beautiful bay of Primosten and Trogir. For boaters, there is a luxury marina, which is one of the central points for boaters in Croatia. Even without the use of marine services, some boaters anchor in a nearby cove on the east side, where they are well protected from stormy days in the open sea.

History of Rogoznica
The first settlers were the settlers which settled the inland part of today's Rogoznica - Kopac in 1390. year, and the nearby islet - Kopara in 1518.year, when residents sought shelter before the Turkish invasion. When the danger has passed from the Turks, the island with mainland is partly linked artificial way. 1809. year during the French rule was built fortresses.
