Omisalj
From Croatia
In nerby the town of Krk is placed Omisalj a cultural city on the island of Krk. Important is the three-Romanesque basilica (1213) Sv. Marija. A Campanile next to the church, built in 1533, bears inscriptions of Glagolitic memorials.

How to get to Omisalj
Omisalj is a beautiful small town in the northwestern part of the Kvarner on the island of Krk. After crossing the toll bridge from the mainland to the island of Krk we get at the airport Omisalj (official name: Rijeka airport). It is first touristic place on Krk Island.
